Driven by detail, built on passion
At Stunning Shine Automotive Detailers, we bring showroom brilliance back to Cairns. Learn more about our background in trade mechanics, our extreme attention to detail, and why locals trust us before visiting a paint shop.
Over 18 years of mechanical and detailing passion
I started working on vehicles at 14, rebuilding bikes and completely restoring my own LN106 Hilux from scratch in my garage—handling the paint, wiring, rust proofing, and everything in between. After qualifying as a diesel fitter at 17, I started detailing for a mate and realised my calling. Now 32, with hands-on experience restoring everything from road trains and boats to high-end luxury cars and custom 4WDs, I bring that trade-level precision and perfectionism to every vehicle we touch.
Your first stop before an expensive paint shop
Local car yards and vehicle owners bring their vehicles to us first because we can safely correct most deep scratches, swirl marks, dull patches, and surface imperfections. Professional paint correction preserves your original factory coat while saving you thousands on resprays. With specialised equipment and purpose-built gear, we give your vehicle a sharper, cleaner, and deeper gloss without taking shortcuts.
The showroom experience every single time
When you leave your keys with us, you can count on complete honesty, clear communication, and impeccable results. Our goal isn't just a standard car wash clean—we want you to pick up your car and feel the excitement of driving it off the showroom floor for the very first time. From full interior strip-outs and sticker removals to complete pre-sale details, we treat every pride and joy like our own.
"The extreme attention to detail is unbelievable. My 4WD looks better than the day I drove it off the showroom floor, and they saved me thousands on repainting the clear coat."
